ICE Boston agents have arrested a 34-year-old Guatemalan illegal immigrant recently convicted of assault and battery on a child under the age of 14.
The man had been released by the Gloucester District Court, despite ERO (Enforcement and Removal Operations) Boston having filed an immigration detainer against him.
He was also convicted of a separate offense of assault and battery and ordered by the court to register as a sex offender with the Massachusetts state sex offender registry.
The Gloucester District Court, however, reportedly ignored the detainer and released him back into the community.
“This individual represented a dire threat to the residents of Massachusetts,” said ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons. “Unlawfully present, convicted sex offenders should not be given the opportunity to reoffend. The victim of his crimes deserves better from our justice system.”

Illegal Aliens Housed At A Rec Center In Boston
The ICE Boston arrest of an illegal alien who had been convicted of sexual assault of a minor and then released to the public comes just weeks after Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey (D) cried about having to convert a recreation center in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood to house illegal immigrants.
The Melnea A. Cass Recreational Complex was used as an overflow site to house illegal immigrants overflowing at Logan International Airport.
“I get emotional, guys,” Healey said while crying in her explanation for the move. “I’m committed to this.”

During her emotional outburst, Healey specifically noted how kids would be affected by having illegal aliens take over a rec center.
“Little kids need to be able to breathe clean air,” she continued. “They need to be able to access swimming pools. They need to have lifeguards there who can teach them how to swim and they need to have activities. I don’t know what we’re going to do for a couple, three months.”
Gloucester is a little over an hour away from the Roxbury neighborhood, but one has to wonder how many other illegal immigrant child sex predators are roaming Boston or could even have made their way to the rec center.

‘Dire Threat’
There was a time when former President Donald Trump was pilloried for suggesting rapists and murderers were crossing the southern border into America.
Now, we have one in Boston detained following being released AFTER sexually assaulting a child.
Authorities in Maryland just arrested an illegal migrant from El Salvador and charged him with murder in the case of a two-year-old who was shot and killed this month while on a walk in the park with his mother.
It has also been revealed that Jose Antonio Ibarra, the suspect charged with murdering former University of Georgia student Laken Riley, crossed into the United States illegally on Sept. 8, 2022, after traveling from Venezuela.
Rapists and murderers.
A group of illegal aliens in Arizona recently told Fox News that they view President Biden as being the more beneficial individual in the White House for their cause.
Sadly, President Biden is also the best choice for the criminals, drug dealers, rapists and murderers pouring over the border.
While not everybody is a violent felon, it certainly entices such individuals to go on a crime spree knowing that they won’t be detained, deported, or otherwise held accountable.
