While Donald Trump’s poll numbers continue to rise in what is shaping up to be a rematch of the 2020 election, Joe Biden’s are going in the other direction.
In a new poll released on Monday, the Democrat appears to have reached his lowest low yet.

Record Low
The Hill reports:
President Biden’s approval rating hit a record low Monday, with just 34 percent saying they approve of his performance in the White House.
Sixty-one percent of respondents said they disapproved of Biden’s job performance, according to a Monmouth University poll released Monday. Biden has seen his approval ratings lingering below 40 percent for months and with the 2024 election less than 11 months away.
To say these are bad numbers for Biden would be an understatement.
The poll also showed Biden in bad shape with young voters, which could potentially be his saving grace in a close election.

Biden’s Approval Ratings are Far Below Where His Two Term Predecessors Were at This Point in Their Presidencies
Biden is even below where some of his two term predecessors were at this stage of their presidencies.
Fox News notes, “Biden stands far below where his three most recent two-term predecessors – former Presidents Clinton, George W. Bush and Obama – stood at this point in their presidencies, as they successfully ran for re-election. The only recent president whose approval ratings were nearly as negative as Biden’s current numbers was his most recent predecessor, former President Trump, who was defeated by Biden in the 2020 election.”
The Democrats still have time to make a change at the top of the ticket, but not much.
The poll released on Monday was conducted from Nov. 30 to Dec. 4 and included 803 adults, with a margin of error of 4.8 percentage points.
