CNN anchor Erica Hill was left stunned and a bit speechless when a law enforcement expert on her panel suggested illegal aliens commit crimes in New York as opposed to Florida because they know they’ll get away with it in the Democrat stronghold.
The analysis came as John Miller, the Deputy Commissioner of Intelligence & Counterterrorism of the NYPD, was discussing a recent case involving several illegal aliens who assaulted two police officers in New York City.
The incident was captured on video but several of those involved in the attack were almost immediately released without bail despite having extensive criminal rap sheets in addition to being in the country illegally.
CNN had just aired a clip of New York Governor Kathy Hochul threatening the illegal aliens with false platitudes of, “You don’t touch our police officers.”
Clearly, they do. They can. And they know they’ll get away with it. It’s written all over their faces.

Illegal Immigrants Commit Crime In NY Because They Know They’ll Get Away With It
Miller, who is also a former NYPD officer, saw the clip of Hochul’s comments and immediately dismantled any notion that the tough talk is being taken seriously by these illegal aliens.
“Does the fact that they were police officers change anything?” Hill asked, suggesting that the criminal infestation in NYC might be taken more seriously after this blatant attack on law enforcement.
After ticking down a list of violent felony charges these individuals were facing, Miller provided this bit of information: “What the detectives are telling me is that they have crews here that operate in New York, do all their stealing then go to Florida to spend the money then come back,” he said.
“And I’m like, ‘Why don’t they just stay and steal in Florida’ and they said ‘Because there you go to jail.’”
Hill was clearly taken aback by the comments.

A Complete Joke
Shortly after their release, reports surfaced that the illegal immigrants who assaulted two NYPD officers had fled to California by using fake names and through the assistance of a Catholic charity group.
Odd how illegally crossing the border is essentially a gateway to worse crime and continued illegal behavior. Despite the fact that Democrats would have you believe illegal aliens ‘actually’ commit crime at a lower rate.
They actually commit crimes at a rate of 100% by being here illegally.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg released a statement within hours of the attack explaining that the assailants had been released due to a lack of information at the time of the arrest.
A 25-year NYPD cop blasted Bragg’s excuse as a “complete joke” because the illegal aliens had committed “bail-eligible offenses.”
