Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, testified Wednesday that President Joe Biden is “the big guy.”
The phrase references a 2017 email obtained by Fox News just before the 2020 presidential election that appeared to outline a payout in a joint venture with CEFC China Energy.
It included a proposed equity split of “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?”

Biden Is The Big Guy?
Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) began his time at the hearing pointing out a couple of instances where Joe Biden didn’t exactly oppose corruption. One such instance involved bragging about pressuring Ukraine to fire the country’s prosecutor allegedly for looking into a gas company connected with his son, Hunter.
It was something Biden said on tape:
JOE BIDEN: “I would not dictate who should be prosecuted or who should be exonerated.”
ALSO JOE BIDEN: “I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.”

“Mr. Bobulinski who is the big guy?” Jordan asked.
Bobulunski replied without hesitation, “Joe Biden.”
“You sure about that?” Jordan pressed.
“One thousand percent,” he replied. “And there’s other text messages that back that up that the brave whistleblowers [Gary] Shapley and [Joe] Ziegler have produced – not from my phones, not from my BlackBerry that I took screenshots from.”
“They took them from subpoenas directly from Apple’s iCloud that back up the fact that Hunter knew the big was Joe Biden,” Bobulinski added.
JIM JORDAN: “Mr. Bobulinski who is the big guy?”
BOBULINKSKI: “Joe Biden.”
JIM JORDAN: “Are you sure?”

Biden Is The Brand
This isn’t the first time Bobulinski has insisted President Biden is “the big guy” in the now infamous email. In fact, he’s been rather consistent about it.
Hunter’s former business partner said the President actively discussed business dealings with his son. He suggested Biden is compromised by the Chinese. The claims were explicitly made in an interview with Tucker Carlson in 2020.
“I one thousand percent sit here and know that ‘the big guy’ is referencing Joe Biden,” he told Tucker at the time.

Bobulinski also told lawmakers that President Biden was the “brand” that helped seal lucrative business deals with foreign entities.
“It is clear to me Joe Biden is the brand being sold by the Biden family … His family’s foreign influence‑peddling operation, from China to Ukraine and elsewhere, sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government,” said Bobulinski.

In his opening statement, the witness referred to President Biden as a “serial liar” and “fabulist.”
While Bobulinski testified, Hunter Biden, who had basically demanded a public hearing on the matter, decided not to attend.
