Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) took a shot at Democrats, suggesting that a study about scientists growing a pair of testicles in a lab may be a sign of hope for his colleagues.
Indeed, researchers at Israel’s Bar-Ilan University have grown “laboratory testicles” in the hopes that such an advance would help with male infertility.
“The tiny, artificial organs, produced from cells extracted from mouse testes, are said to resemble the structure and function of natural mouse testicles,” the New York Post reports.
The publication notes that researchers “are aiming to develop human-like testicles from human stem cells to help treat developmental sex disorders and infertility.”
Cruz shared the development on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, and promptly neutered one political party.
“There’s hope for Democrats,” he wrote.

Cruz: Lab Testicles Provide Hope For Democrats
Personally, I’m not sure what Cruz is trying to insinuate here.
Just because Democrats are the party that has no idea what a woman is because they’re not biologists, or the party that wants to regulate sperm for men because they don’t know how babies are made, doesn’t mean they need lab testicles.
Sheesh.
Actually, the brutal takedown was so effective that some X users responded by calling back to Cruz’s Zodiac Killer days. (Note to fact-checkers: Yes, we’re aware that he isn’t really the ZK).
Newsmax host Eric Bolling thought the Cruz joke was so good that he was at a loss for words, opting only to respond with a slew of crying while laughing emojis.

NOT His Most Savage Burn
While it is a solid effort for sure, this actually isn’t the most savage takedown we’ve seen from Cruz in recent years. That distinction goes to a dig he made against Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) back in 2022.
Warren claimed in a book that she didn’t win the Iowa Caucuses in 2020 and subsequently the Democrat nomination for President because she isn’t a man, even alleging some voters told her they’d have supported her if she “had a penis.”
Keep dreaming, Liz. If they can grow testicles in a lab, maybe someday they’ll be able to add a penis to the ol’ petri dish.
Cruz responded to Warren’s assertion with what may be an all-time hilarious response.
“Elizabeth Warren told reporters that a guy came up to her and said, ‘I would have voted for you if only you had a penis,’” he told a crowd of supporters.
“In today’s Democrat Party, how do we know she doesn’t? How could you possibly know?” he quipped.

Aside from providing hope for Democrats, the potential for testicles grown in a lab might provide hope for the Republican party as well.
They’ve been little more than feckless eunuchs, joining Democrats to pass spending bills and provide foreign aid while ignoring the crisis at the border.
Maybe someday they’ll grow a set and do what they were elected to do in stopping the Democrat party from destroying America. Unfortunately, technology that powerful is probably a long, long way away.
